Why choose me to start your Therapy Journey?

Due to being an Independent Counsellor being in Private Practice I don't believe in a minimum or maximum amount of sessions a client would need to give therapy a good go. It is recommended that you commit to either weekly or fortnightly sessions to keep a steady flow of progress. However still, I prefer for you to feel as comfortable as possible when you are taking steps to put yourself first or to explore the issues that are concerning you. Because of this you can come in have go at it. If you like it we can continue your sessions, if you don't that's ok too. Come and go as you please. You can customize your amount of sessions with me. You aren't locked into a set amount of sessions to choose to have me as your Therapist.
