
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues/struggles known to the general population. Experiencing anxiety means you are in a constant state or periodic state of excessive worry about the issues concerning you. Your emotional state is affected which also effects your physiology, and can and is physically and emotionally draining. When you are in this anxious state it leaves you totally disconnected from yourself and also the people around you. If you are looking to figure out why you experience anxiety, ways to cope better with it or even potentially heal from it then I can assist you in this process.

Anger is a tough emotion and feeling to manage/process. When life throws hurdles our way we get defensive because we ask ourselves why? Why me?. Sometimes we get random outbursts that come from nothing and don't know how to properly cool down. Or life just gets overwhelming, whether its work/our relationships etc. Its understandable you feel this way and sometimes it can be hard to find out why. Lets work together to get to the bottom of why the anger is there and how to manage it or learn how to process it so there becomes less of it.

Greif and Sadness can be very overwhelming emotions to experience. Weather its brought up by a loss of a loved one, a break up or whatever has caused these difficult emotions to surface into your life. Once it surfaces it can be very difficult to live your life as you normally would with it hanging around in the back of your mind. That's what we are here for. Being a male myself, I advocate for every individual and their emotional wellbeing. Due to their being a stigma in our current society that men need to be 'strong' and 'not be emotional or show vulnerability' or they need to 'man up' and suppress their struggles to put others first. This is not the way to help people. Men are human beings with human emotions. I create a safe and open place for men to explore their struggles just as I would anyone else.
We all wish to achieve healthy and loving relationships. Sometimes though, the dynamic between a couple can shift and change when either both parties hit a relationship roadblock or individually one party hits an internal rock block that starts to influence the dynamic between the couple. The goal in this situation would be to understand what these roadblocks are and see how they affect the relationship and what steps can be done to move through these issues.
