
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health struggles known to the general population. When your in that anxious state, we cannot switch our brain off, we feel constant restlessness, have trouble relaxing and cant figure out why. Lets work together in a safe space to understand what your anxiety means for you and dive further into why to elevate the anxiety.

Anger is a tough emotion and feeling/emotion to manage. We get angry because we care about the things around us that effect us and also the things that matter to us personally inside. Everything has a source to why and how. Why are we getting angry? and how can we move through it in a healthy way? What can we learn from the anger?

Greif and Sadness can be very overwhelming emotions to experience. Weather its brought up by a loss of a loved one, a break up or whatever has caused these difficult emotions to surface into your life. Once it surfaces it can be very difficult to live your life as you normally would with it hanging around in the back of your mind. That's what we are here for. If you are struggling to make sense of what your feeling, need help managing the grief/sadness or want to move through it, your in the right place.

Trauma - Informed Care is a service that i deliver that recognise the widespread impact of trauma and the impact it has on our minds and body. Rather than asking ourselves what is wrong with us? We change the approach to this service to what happened to us? I'm here to create a safe environment to unpack what has happened and help move through them.
Being a male myself, I advocate for every individual and their emotional wellbeing. Due to their being a stigma in our current society that men need to be 'strong' and 'not be emotional or show vulnerability' or they need to 'man up' and suppress their struggles to put others first. This is not the way to help people. Men are human beings with human emotions. I create a safe and open place for men to explore their struggles just as I would anyone else.
We all wish to achieve healthy and loving relationships. Sometimes though, the dynamic between a couple can shift and change when either both parties hit a relationship roadblock or individually one party hits an internal rock block that starts to influence the dynamic between the couple. The goal in this situation would be to understand what these roadblocks are and see how they affect the relationship and what steps can be done to move through these issues.
